    Step 1

    将吞拿取出放入中碗内,加入剁碎红葱、绿橄榄、番茄和芫荽叶,挤入酸柑汁,搅拌均匀。用盐及胡椒粒调味。Place the tuna in a medium mixing bowl. Add the red onion, olives, tomatoes, parsley and lime juice and stir gently to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    将牛油果切半,挖去肉。舀一匙吞拿馅料填放入牛油果内。Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop the tuna mixture into the pitted avocado halves.

    Step 3

    用菜苗做装饰,再挤入少许酸柑汁,即可享用。Garnish with microgreens as desired, and a light squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately.
